I am an autism researcher and clinical psychologist. I am working as a postdoctoral research associate under the supervision of Dr. Jiedi Lei on a co-production project focusing on applying character strengths with parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people. My research focuses on understanding identity processes and improving wellbeing among autistic and marginalized individuals through co-produced interventions. I am also interested in understanding how people of various backgrounds think about neurodiversity, disability, identity, and intersectionality.
Prior to this role, I have worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Bath and Stanford University, as well as lecturing at the University of Maryland College Park, and completing my research and clinical training at Arizona State University.
