I’m Lottie, a DPhil student in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford.
My project is supervised by Polly Waite and Eleanor Leigh, and focuses on furthering our understanding of Generalised Anxiety Disorder in adolescents. In particular, we’re interested in finding out how young people’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviours relate to symptoms of worry and anxiety. Our aim is to use this knowledge to develop a brief and effective treatment for adolescents with Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
My research is funded by the Medical Research Council and the Oxford-Radcliffe Scholarship.
