My role is focused on helping children and young people’s mental health services to use two online therapist-supported interventions for anxiety which were been developed at the University of Oxford. This means that I meet with lots of different service managers and therapists, and provide training and guidance to therapists who are delivering these interventions with young people. I also support ongoing research into the interventions to make them as effective and accessible as possible.
My clinical and research interests are in anxiety and trauma-related difficulties in children and young people, increasing effectiveness of interventions, and increasing access to evidence-based interventions.
